SALON POLICIES

Late Arrival Policy
To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as you can if you know you will be late. Depending on services booked, and the stylist schedule, you may not receive your full service. If you are going to be 15 minutes late or more, you may be subjected to late cancellation fee and asked to reschedule your appointment.

No Show Policy
You will be charged 100% of the missed appointment. Our time is just as valuable and another client could have filled the appointment time.

Cancellation Policy
We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedules at least 48hrs prior to the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled less that 48hrs, 50% of the services will be charged to your card on file. If you reschedule, we will require an additional 50% of the future appointment be paid in advance the day of rescheduling. 

Scheduling Policy
A credit card on file is required for all scheduled appointments. This method is to secure your service time for both you and our stylist.

Groups & Parties Policy
When scheduling multiple client services, we do require a credit card to secure all appointments. You are responsible for all appointments scheduled.
